The fully automatic cotton packaging film splicing machine equipment was introduced to the market, completely replacing the manual splicing production process of cotton packaging film. Compared to previous manual production, we achieved a doubling of output and a halving of energy consumption, The personnel have also changed from the previous 5-person production line to one person controlling the production process, which has also reduced production costs for enterprises and cotton farmers, playing a crucial role in truly realizing the policy of benefiting the people and farmers. Currently, we have applied for a patent for the invention of a fully automatic cotton splicing machine, truly filling the gap in the national and global production of fully automatic cotton packaging film splicing. (This is the only one in China) In 2021, we are committed to improving product quality in accordance with industry requirements and customer standards. We once again led our team to develop fully automatic code spraying and gluing equipment. During the gluing process of the equipment, we calculated the gluing length through servo calculation, achieving a length of 2.2 meters for each piece, with a spacing of 2 centimeters. We also sprayed a QR code at the spacing as the equipment gluing label.
