Fully automatic five hole prefabricated hole water belt machine
Our company has independently developed a high-efficiency fully automatic prefabricated hole water strip equipment. This equipment manually puts the water strip raw materials into the equipment, and the remaining materials into the corresponding positions. Then, the machine passes through five ultrasonic punching machines, automatically heat seals, and automatically rewinds. The production process does not require manual intervention, and the production efficiency is three times faster than other competitors.

青岛琴鸿自动化设备有限公司成立于2019年，公司注册地址青岛市城阳区正阳东路1号，经营地址青岛市即墨区环秀街道西叫工业园内，主要生产塑料喷水织布机、拉丝机、覆膜机、自动圆锯机、全自动涂胶机、研发全自动塑料篷布制造流水线（2023年主要研发的项目）以及全自动棉花打包膜拼接设备（目前是主营），并且2021年-2022年连续增加2台激光切割设备（6000瓦和20000瓦的各一台）对外加工配件，钣金件等。
现针对国家低能耗高标准的要求，我们目前着重于非标设备研发，组建全自动智能化生产，使生产企业达到高标准，低能耗，用人少的利好条件。
主要产品：2019年我们针对国际与国内市场需求，在国家战略性目标的前提下，带领团队人员日夜艰辛，耗时1年时间，全自动棉花打包膜拼接机设备面向市场，彻底替代棉花打包膜人工手动拼接生产工艺，相比之前人工生产，在产量方面我们实现了产量翻倍，能耗减半，人员也由之前的5人一组生产线变为一人控制生产工艺流程，也为企业降低生产成本、种棉老百姓降低成本，在真正意义上实现了惠民惠利的扶农政策起到关键性作用，目前我们就棉花全自动拼接机发明专利已申请在案，真正填补国家和全球在全自动棉花打包膜拼接生产这一环节空白。（国内只此一家）
