Qingdao Qinhong Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. Its registered address is No. 1, Zhengyang East Road, Chengyang District, Qingdao, and its business address is Xijiao Industrial Park, Huanxiu Street, Jimo District, Qingdao. It mainly produces plastic water jet loom, wire drawing machines, film covering machines, automatic circular saws, full-automatic glue applicators We have developed a fully automatic plastic tarpaulin manufacturing assembly line (the main research and development project in 2023) and a fully automatic cotton packaging film splicing equipment (currently our main business). From 2021 to 2022, we have continuously added two laser cutting equipment (one for 6000W and one for 20000W) for external processing of accessories, sheet metal parts, etc.

In response to the requirements of national low energy consumption and high standards, we are currently focusing on the research and development of non-standard equipment, establishing fully automated intelligent production, and enabling production enterprises to meet the favorable conditions of high standards, low energy consumption, and fewer personnel.

Main Products: In 2019, in response to international and domestic market demand, and under the premise of national strategic goals, we led our team members to work hard day and night, taking one year. The fully automatic cotton packaging film splicing machine equipment was introduced to the market, completely replacing the manual splicing production process of cotton packaging film. Compared to previous manual production, we achieved a doubling of output and a halving of energy consumption, The personnel have also changed from the previous 5-person production line to one person controlling the production process, which has also reduced production costs for enterprises and cotton farmers, playing a crucial role in truly realizing the policy of benefiting the people and farmers. Currently, we have applied for a patent for the invention of a fully automatic cotton splicing machine, truly filling the gap in the national and global production of fully automatic cotton packaging film splicing.
